Before attending the workshop, please install Bash, Git, Python, R, and a standard text editor on the laptop that you will bring to the workshop. Instructions for installation can be followed directly from the Software Carpentry Workshop Template.
There will be some time dedicated to resolving any installation issues during Session 1 of the workshop.
